Schuldig Schuldig is an alpha class telepath! So if she tried to read his mind, she'd find herself stopped by a blank mental wall /o/ let's talk if it ever comes up. He doesn't make it a practice to invade other telepaths' heads either. It's totally cool to talk about it. He'd notice if she tried anything
Rath yes to both. And his mind is sort of "demon demon demon, I want to die, kill demons *__*"
Chitose yeeees to both. His mind is full of emotions and lots of cosplay and sparkles and cute things, but at the moment, all of the fun things are rather dullied. He wouldn't notice.
Jo ...it's okay to read her mind to a degree, where she MAY notice it. She's also incredibly strong mentally, but not a telepath, and she could probably throw you out if she noticed there was something, just by sheer will.
18 is a cyborg. I'm not entirely sure if it's possible to read her brain... :|a She wouldn't notice either way.
Eclipse is a demon and has telepathic powers, among other things. He'd notice and throw you out, most likely. He's very strong.
Narushige yes to both! Wouldn't notice. Normal human and generally very nice.
Ash yes to both! Ash's mind is filled with hate and jealousy and wanting to kill someone to take back his precious person, along with confusion about who he really is. He wouldn't notice.

What might she find there? Delirium is the anthropomorphic personification of insanity. You'll find all sorts of random, chaotic thoughts from anywhere along the pleasant-to-frightening spectrum. Frequently thinks of doggies and fishies. Lots of nonsequitur and scatterbrainedness and random tangents.
Would your character notice? Yes, and she will touch back. :D She knew the previous River briefly.

Boredom, blood, Varia (the mafia assassin squad he's a member of), killing, etc. He is a prince and operates on very twisted logic that elevates him above everyone else because he's a prince and you're all commoners, blah blah blah. He's a bit crazy, moreso when he's seen his own blood. So that kind of thing she might pick up.

Deidara
Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? Yes.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? Yes.
What might she find there? Art, explosions... He's basically a ninja artist slash former terrorist bomber with a fitting temper so the ah, the temper definitely starts exploding in his mind before he says anything. Also, extreme hatred for the Uchiha clan.
Would your character notice? I'm... actually not sure.
Accelerator
Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? She can tryyyyyy? Accelerator is a ridiculously overpowered psychic. He has mental barriers and can redirect any kind of incoming vectors away from him. Brain waves are automatically redirected upon coming in contact with his AIM dispersion field. Non-vector methods might allow River to place her thoughts into his head, but his thoughts are off-limits for reading no matter what. It's a one-way road away from Accelerator, babe.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? She's free to talk about her inability to pick anything up.
What might she find there? A one-way ticket away from him. :D
Would your character notice? Yessssssss. Level Five psychic (on a scale of Zero to Five), mentally strong, lives in his own personal reality, etc.

The only one that would notice without River commenting on it is Ruka, since he's a telepath as well. As for any notable thoughts, Keiichi and Capella are pretty normal, Sweden is a country and thinks in COUNTRY TERMS, Laurence thinks (and talks) like he's from the 1800s and thinks about dragons a lot, and Ruka... is a telepath as well. :|b

Would your character notice? Not ... really? Riordan never covered this kind of psychic.

Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? Yes, though he is subconsciously shielding parts.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? He expects her to; he's a canonical fan of sci-fi.
What might she find there? That Ronan is a sci-fi nerd who is powered by God, hosted an archangel in his soul for a bit (which apparently has left markers that people who have never met him before comment on it IDK i will update his stats meme when i read the passage), he's a little lost and his identity issues are ... kind of resolved a bit? I DO NOT KNOW. SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE.
Also he has a laser that hacked the universe.

Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? Sure though she probably will have white noise up. She is a batkid.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? Steph will freak but sure.
What might she find there? THAT SHE IS BATGIRL. Also died once in a timeline, that got retconned, has pretty unresolved issues with her being tortured to death/notdeath, determined to punch things in the face.
Would your character notice? UHHH DC is hard to tell with telepaths, I'm going with yes as she's a batkid.
Aurica Nestmile
Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? NOT REALLY NO.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? AURICA WILL THINK SHE IS CRAZY AND SCARY. GO FOR IT.
What might she find there? A teddy bear with a Spanish accent and a big sword (with a saucepan for a helmet, telling River to get out of Aurica's mind - after which he will forcibly throw her out. A second attempt will get River killed in the mind, because Aurica does not want her there. Aurica has no idea about any of this.
Would your character notice? Nope! Aurica has no idea what her subconscious does.
Vayne Aurelius
Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? SURE.
Is it cool for her to talk about it? SURE.
What might she find there? A conversation between Vayne and the Other Vayne, where the Other Vayne is trying to get him to use his powers of making wishes come true all the time. Vayne himself is severely depressed and borderline suicidal with years of repressed memories and issues.
Would your character notice? ONLY IF HE WISHES TO.

Fakir has zero shields and wouldn't notice. UH his thoughts are fairly normal, aside from the occasional wondering about things like ducks, Mytho jumping out windows, the story, and so on.
Felli probably doesn't have super strong blocks, but she has mental...filter-esque things. Because most of the time she's processing a lot of information at once, mostly about her surroundings; so a lot of that stuff will be in the background, per se. She may or may not notice if River pokes in, and it might be a little overwhelming for River until she gets used to it?
Genis has no blocks and won't notice. HE HAS A PRETTY NORMAL THOUGHT PROCESS, so probably whatever they're talking about will be on his mind, with occasional thoughts about cooking/cleaning/learning/topping Mithos. :Db
Hana is kind of a mystery but I assume she doesn't have blocks either. Aaaaalso pretty normal, but she might be thinking about the Imagin or traveling through time and such. Also punching people (the Imagin).
Hisoka knew one of the previous Rivers and has okay mental shields; she might be able to get surface thoughts if he isn't reinforcing them, and he'll probably notice eventually that she's there.
Husky has no shields and wouldn't notice, I have no idea if River would notice the fish soul attached to his. NORMAL THOUGHTS of money, pretty jewels, stupid girls!11 etc.
Mirka has no special shields. She's usually thinking politic-y thoughts underneath her surface thoughts. She will probably be a bit surprised and wary about River being able to read her mind, but she doesn't have any super secret plans going on, so the biggest worry would be River spilling other people's secrets that Mirka knows.
Ouka PROBABLY...HAS NO SHIELDS, though I'm not sure what Raphael's presence would do so uh. I guess River can probably read Ouka's thoughts but not Raphael's lol canon?! Ouka also has a fairly normal and jesus-y thought process.
Shaz has no shields, IS NOT THINKING ABOUT SPECIAL THINGS, etc. etc.
Wakaba may have slight shielding but probably not enough to stop River. Aside from normal things, she thinks about her partner (Hajime-chan) who isn't in camp.

Edgeworth is probably thinking a lot about the camp murder case and things regarding the Debussey and Sayre families and truth truth truth. I, uh, often get a little meta with him and do the , so if you want River to be able to "hear" that, that's perfectly fine by me!
Janus wears his emotions on his sleeves, so there's nothing really ... different about his thoughts. If he's thinking it, he'll speak it.
Heisuke's surface thoughts are probably rather whimsical and about whatever's around him, how adorable [X] is, what crazy shit he could pull on [Y], etc. He is, however, very duty oriented beneath that — probably thinking a lot about the Shinsengumi, Vice-Commander Yamanami, duty, loyalty, etc.
Robert UM. HA HA haaaa. Robert's mind is a mess and you may just want to message me if it comes up. There's a lot of remorse and regret! Beneath that is some rage and general nasty stuff. Lots of conflict, basically. I should ALSO note that Robert knew the Firefly crew when they were previously here so that may also be on his mind. idk.

Mikage won't notice her reading, but Burupya might because he's a telepathic babydragon. Latvia is a country! Temeraire talks and thinks like he's from the 1800s, and sometimes in several different languages. The interesting one is Yuki- he can hear thoughts, so reading his mind could get a feedback loop of having your own thoughts bounced back at you and vice versa.

Hughes Yes! You can talk about it too. He's a smart guy but most of the time he's thinking about his wife and kid. And also now, about the possibility of a second kid. He wouldn't notice.
Muraki has barriers up and would be able to tell if someone was trying to get into his head.
Fon can be read and it's cool to talk about it but he might freak out. Fon's a clone and there's a voice in his head telling him to return to Ilegenes and destroy the black market. He is not aware of the voice, but River would be /o/
Rain can be read too and she can totally talk about it. He's very old, known as Methuselah, has a bounty on his head. He thinks about a guy named Yuca regularly, and misses Machika. He wouldn't be able to tell she's in his head.

What might she find there? For Raidou: lots of worrying about various people/the Capital/his duty/his demons/camp. Some ruthlessly cut off thoughts about Narumi (lol unrequited crushes). Currently traumatized from the card event.
The demons, if she can read their minds, will vary widely, although Gdon will be very focused on Raidou's safety and well-being. Special mention should probably go to Oboroguruma for being an undead sedan with seriously random thought processes, a tendency to spout absolute gibberish, and a fondness for Russian literature.
Would your character notice? Raidou might, since the second game implies that devil summoners are trained to deal with psychic intrusions. The demons undoubtedly will, and several of them (Inugami, Lilith, Beelzebub, Black Frost, Mara) are mind-readers themselves, so she may get responses of varying politeness, and they will want to ascertain whether she is a threat to Raidou as well.

Oriya is cool for all of the above. He's usually thinking . . . about Muraki, actually. He might be able to tell someone's poking around?
Isaak is probably a no. Well, reading his mind is okay, but he's kind of, uh . . . canon is unclear about how human he actually is any more (vs computer). He is pretending to be something that he's not, so I would rather that not get out. Otherwise, he's kind of emotionally dead, through his own efforts.
Light is a yes to reading, but I would like to keep the talking limited. Light has something of a god-complex and believes that he is justice. He's killed thousands with the death note, in pursuit of a new world. Basically, what he presents is not what he's thinking.
Okita is a yes to all. He's thinking light thoughts on the surface, about having fun and playing games~ Under that, it's all duty. A lot about Hijikata-san, too, and sometimes about his TB.

Is an orphan and has lost a lot of people he cares deeply for; has a permanent case of the wistfuls over that. Most importantly, he is soul-bonded to an ancient, possibly-sentient giant canon, that he summons with an eyepatch that's fused to his head. Every time he uses it, it drains a portion of his soul; he'll probably die younger than normal, for it, like his father and his grandfather and--
--he's sort of bitter about that, just a little. Used to be worse.

Seth - yes, yes, she's much older than she looks, a mother figure/Empress, and concerned about the folks from her world. There is a little chorus of HUNGRY PREY EAT YOUR CHILDREN THE METHUSELAH at the back of her head, too, which is slowly driving her mad. Wouldn't notice.
Honlon - This is tricky! Three-minded dragon! It's okay to read/talk about Junrei's (childish thoughts about cake and friends and sunshine) and Kanan's (tsundere thoughts about manners and stupid friendly people and disliking things.) Shuko is unreadable, and all three have a distinctively alien, nonhuman feel. They would notice.
Mithos - yes, yes but he would yell a lot if he realized, YOU KNOW WHAT CRAZY SHIT IS IN THERE, nope.
Ashton - his mind is normally an open book! Friends barrels swordfighting quests worry about his own world. The dragons are not readable. They would notice; Ashton would not. They can also block off psychics by possessing Ashton, but they'll probably leave him open for the lulz.
Iskierka - yes, yes, CAPTAIN FIGHTING FLYING FIRE FOOD TREASURE ORDERS LIENHATE BREEDING CAPSLOCK!, no.
Artemis - unreadable, would notice.
Kururu - I AM NOT 100% SURE WHAT IS IN HER HEAD BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF CANON YET! So reading her mind is cool, talking about it isn't, and...there is the possibility she might notice, but I'm not sure what Fyulong abilities are on that front.

Riku Replica, go ahead, but his mind is fractured. Not broken, but fractured. His personality's very unsteady in there.
Heat, go ahead, but he has a very hungry demon living in his head constantly encouraging him to EAT THEM ALL. That's probably what you'd encounter first.
Sakubo, go ahead, but note that they suffer from disassociative identity disorder and thus even if only one of them seemed 'awake', you'll hear the other in there as well when you prod around (This is canon, so I'm v. sure on this one; Saku was pretending to NOT BE THERE for a while to the point of freaking Bo out, but the canon psychic asked, on meeting Bo, why there was two of him.)
Sahashi Minato, go ahead, but you probably won't get too much of interest. He is basically a DESPERATELY NICE GUY WHO WANTS TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY but doesn't think highly of himself. Oh also you'll pick up missing his ALIEN GIRLFRIENDS but.
Soubi, go ahead, but lolll idk psychologically Soubi's pretty messed up. Sane and functional, but submissive both by nature and by traumatic emotional and mental damage, with extremely messed up views of sex, sexuality, fighting, etc. His mind'd be very metaphorical; he's quite creative with words.
Tsukihiko, go ahead, but BOY IS CRAZY. he's a tiny snake boy who was a human until he was sacrificed by his village and has been clinging to life with the hopes of meeting/loving/killing the kitten who was drowned with him. yeah.
Cheryl, go ahead. She's a strong vampire killer and stuff and heavily sexualized for a girl her age but other than that you'll mostly just pick up romantic little girl.
You can talk about it if you like with any of them, and I don't thiiiiiink any of them would be too likely to notice...

Neji Yes and yes. What she'd find there depends a lot on the moment. Neji tries to keep his surface thoughts pretty zen, but his life's pretty shitty at the moment, so he fails a fair amount. Things he might have on his mind include Konoha and village politics, Hyuuga and clan politics, his father, Itachi and stress over their relationship being sort of on the rocks, and his father. Also analytical and philosophical stuff. Or, possibly, he's just trying to still himself. Pffft. He would probably not notice.
Ino Yes and yes. She's probably not thinking too much special though. Boys, girls, friends, pudding, flowers, I wish Sakura were here, I miss being able to use tampons. What she's thinking and what she's saying are probably about the same. She might notice, since her jutsu is more mind oriented.
Ion Yes and yes. He's also pretty straight forward, but a little more serious. She'd probably find stuff about Esther, Radu, his grandmother, wanting to be stronger, and a fair amount of sulking. He would not notice.

Read all their minds, talk about it! Rabi is use to the old Rivers and won't mind. Yuta will be smeashish about it.
Rabi's mind is busy all the time, taking in everything and thinking about lots of things. It's probably one of the more 'noisy' minds she'll encounter.
Yuta is generally tsun tsun tsun. He lies alot about his softer feelings. Generally kind of paranoid of people he doesn't know.
Vivi is full of rainbows and sadness.
Rabi pretty much knows, Yuta may notice, Vivi may too but likely not.

Aeris's brain probably sounds a little different, maybe louder, fuzzier, greener. Not SUPER EXCITING in any way, but just a little clearly weird. She hears the voice of the natural world around her (which in camp means she hears the dirt making a lot of YOUR MOM jokes). Hearing Aeris's mind is probably very serene. She's a sparkling Mary Sue made of white magic and flowers and spring rain, sssso yes. Happy brain full of healing and nature and love. There's a lot more to her than what she's saying out loud at the time, but she's not deceptive. If she's acting friendly and concerned, she's probably thinking friendly and concerned.

Hiroki lol go ahead, he'll just yell ineffectually. He's always thinking about either missing/worrying about/fantasizing about his boyfriend or books/his research, probably both. He won't notice.
Alice Yes and yes, but she'll know what's up and if she doesn't want to have a conversation or is trying to hide something she has a lot of practice confusing and blocking out psychics. She'll just start translating poetry into several languages or something. Normally, though, what you'll pick up is split between her surface thoughts about Jasper and the rest of her family, friends, fashion, etc. and the part of her mind that is constantly experiencing flashes of the future, both immediate events and more distant possibilities. She tracks specific people a lot of the time, so there's that. At camp it's all people she's close to or suspicious people she's been warned about. Oh, and underneath all of this is a constant blood-lust because lol vampire. But it's well controlled.

He helped Simon with figuring out medication to give her, taking care of her, she was basically like a daughter to him. He knows about her past and what happened, etc. So he will be glad to see that she's doing all right (for as all right as River can be), but he will also be rather sad because she doesn't remember him and he still thought about her from time to time.

In addition to the constant 1-2-3-4 drumbeat that splinters through his mind, there's also ravenous hunger; a good deal of angry crazy at the state of his life; some animal cunning and some more sophisticated plots to do horrible things to people (mostly just to get the Doctor's attention, but some in a big for power/domination); a giant, melodramatic ego that has total disdain for humans and Camp in general; a long span of memories and previous lives/regenerations; a lot of fourth-dimensional math; and some very well hidden terror at the idea of dying/fondness for various unlikely things such as the universe.
