... HA HA HA SO!!! River is a psychic! She's in your head, reading your thoughts. She will also occasionally babble about what she finds there too, depending on what she sees and what mood she's in.

So basically, what I need from everyone is this:

Is it cool for River to read your character's mind?
Is it cool for her to talk about it?
OPTIONAL BUT HELPFUL:
What might she find there?
Would your character notice?

River can totally read Usopp's mind. He has no mental powers or barriers at all. And you may talk about it! He'll probably be freaked out, though, when he figures out that you can actually read his mind.

As said before, Usopp won't notice as he has no mental powers. As for what's in there, there's ADVENTURE, fear, worry, doubt and a boatload of stories. Usopp has a pretty active imagination, both good and bad.
