... HA HA HA SO!!! River is a psychic! She's in your head, reading your thoughts. She will also occasionally babble about what she finds there too, depending on what she sees and what mood she's in.

So basically, what I need from everyone is this:

Is it cool for River to read your character's mind?
Is it cool for her to talk about it?

Is it cool for River to read your character's mind? Chii is a robot. All programming, no mind. So that's a 'it's cool to try, but there ain't nothing there'.
