Judithhhh doesn't have a very good hold on what kind of person Himawari is yet, though she figures if she's known Zero for that long she has to be something of a tough cookie. But her very initial reaction was 'cute girl hu hu' which is why she immediately gave her sweater to her in that other thread because she sort of has a big soft spot for cute girls ... and also because she just doesn't like Camp's habit of declothing people against their will, since she thinks how much clothing you want to wear/how you want to present yourself is a very personal thing and especially touchy for women so Camp is a jerk.
Generally she just thinks Himawari is a cutie though.
