Rikuou on his own is an okay dude, snarky and fairly intelligent and should could probably get along with if she wanted to, etc etc. BUT of course there's the whole ... Ryuuken ... thing. And Rikuou makes him happy! But also sad! conflicting feelings! Which she understands, of course, but at the same time is just sort of JIIIII WHAT ARE YOU TWO EVEN DOING YOU IDIOTS. which is ... as much Ryuuken's fault as it is Rikuou but we don't get mad at Ryuuken we get mad at the not-Ryuuken, lolol. SO YEAH she's basically going to be a brat to him forever.
the best part is that River doesn't care about ... dirty minds at all. but knows that people care when they know that she knows. so. SHE'S GONNA KEEP TROLLIN'.
