There is the overlying thing that OH GOD MY CHILDHOOD with Mithos, so that took him a bit to get over! That and Mithos trying to beat him up when they first met but he was still pretty ... eh, shellshocked? I guess? From the end game events and didn't really care about how anybody was treating him.
THEEEEN deaging happened and babyrichter had adorable funtiems with Mithos which made adult Richter realize HEY HE ISN'T A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DICK what is going on here ... He's actually been actively trying to piece together Mithos' real story as of late, using what he's gleaned from interactions / talking to castmates / chittertsun, because he GETS that he's pinging Mithos in some way, and wants to figure out why.
SO, OVER ALL: he's gotten over their initial interactions. Also, Mithos is a half-elf, which kind of automatically puts him higher on the relationship totem pole. And then they've actually been civil to each other as of late!
